What happens when great businesses become discoverable?

Most businesses don't have a quality problem — they have a visibility problem. A contractor, a roofer, a healthcare practice, a manufacturer, a spa, a heritage retailer, a home inspector, a national accelerator: eight very different industries, the same root challenge. Here's what happened when we made each of them visible where customers are already looking — traditional search, local search, and AI search.

The Challenge

Despite investing in multiple marketing channels, Blade Glazing struggled with a website that wasn't converting, poor Google visibility, and an inconsistent lead flow that kept growth stalled and the owner chasing customers manually.

What We Built

A rebuilt, conversion-focused website; a local SEO foundation; service-specific and geo-targeted landing pages; a strengthened Google Business Profile; and simplified reporting so every lead and every dollar could be tracked.

The Results

1,000% reported business growth, an estimated ~5,000% ROI, 102+ front-page Google placements, and an 82.94% website engagement rate — plus an always-on lead pipeline that let the owner get back to running the business.

"AIM helped us get our business turned around into the right direction and tremendously boosted sales. I don't trust anyone else but Brig and his team."

Luraco Chairs · luracochairs.com

The best product doesn't always win — the discoverable one does.

The only American manufacturer of medically oriented massage chairs had world-class engineering and almost no digital visibility. AIM rebuilt the foundation — and organic traffic grew roughly 9X in the first year.

The Challenge

Luraco operates at the intersection of medical device innovation, robotics, and wellness technology — the only American manufacturer of massage chairs with a strong focus on medically oriented applications. But after 21 years of engineering excellence, growth was constrained by limited market penetration, low search visibility, no internal SEO expertise, and a website architecture that was limiting discoverability at a structural level. As the team put it: "We didn't have the components in place to make it possible to get the visibility we needed."

Why AIM

The partnership began organically — through a local event hosted at Luraco called Meal and a Massage. A demonstrated SEO track record, local credibility, and face-to-face accountability made the difference: "We had a chance to sit, look eye to eye, have a conversation in real time."

What We Built

A phased engagement: website redesign and new architecture, technical SEO setup and keyword research, on-page optimization, promotional campaign support, and a content expansion of more than 250 keyword-driven landing pages built to systematically capture organic search demand across Luraco's target markets.

The Results

Within 90 days, dashboard traffic increases, improved search positioning, and stronger engagement signals appeared. Within the first year of engagement, Luraco reported approximately 9X organic traffic growth. The work also unlocked entirely new market segments — first responders, healthcare and hospital systems, and corporate wellness — and freed leadership to return to product innovation and engineering instead of digital marketing.

"Working with AIM helped us get the correct keywords and positions so we can get discovered by the audience we endeavor to reach."

— Robert Nelson, Manufacturer's Representative, Luraco Chairs

From vision to visibility: national search authority from zero.

A brand-new WealthTech accelerator in Arlington needed to earn credibility with founders and investors worldwide — before its first application. AIM built its organic presence from scratch.

The Challenge

Despite world-class institutional partners, The Founders Arena launched with zero online presence. It needed to attract qualified WealthTech founders globally, position Arlington as an innovation hub, and build sustainable visibility without depending on paid ads.

What We Built

A precisely targeted campaign centered on 50 SEO landing pages, each matched to a specific WealthTech topic and founder search intent — building topical authority and reaching founders at the exact moment of their search.

The Results

42 of 50 pages achieved first-page Google rankings (33 in the top three), organic search became the #1 traffic source at 46% of all visitors, and the program accepted 36 companies — producing 6 successful exits, one of the strongest records in the industry.

We don't just improve rankings — we help organizations build industries.

The Smart Inspector · thesmartinspector.com

From breaking even on ads to a snowballing referral engine.

Google Ads returned exactly what they cost, and word-of-mouth had a ceiling. Eight months into AIM's SEO program, brand-new realtor names started showing up on the books — referral relationships that now compound on autopilot.

The Challenge

With 99% of clients coming from active home buyers, Forest Ivey built The Smart Inspector on personal relationships and face-to-face networking. But that channel had a ceiling: it required his constant presence. Google Ads broke even at best, a previous SEO vendor had produced nothing, and hiring staff didn't pencil out unless lead volume grew enough to support a team of six.

What We Built

AIM rebuilt and optimized the site — cleaned up code, improved speed, and migrated to faster hosting — then built 50–100 keyword-rich pages off the main site to dramatically expand search visibility. Forest's only hands-on task was proofreading pages for accuracy, keeping the workload off his plate while the digital presence compounded.

The Results

By month 8, measurable new bookings from strangers began flowing in consistently — brand-new realtor names Forest had never met. Just 5 Google-sourced inspections a month covers AIM's cost, and when 3 of those 5 new agents become regulars, each sends a house every month on autopilot. Forest estimates the program returns at least 2X his monthly investment, with the flywheel still spinning.

"Working with AIM helped us… Grow!"

The Challenge

Despite years in business, Melt Spa and Massage simply wasn't being found online. Paid ads and direct mail produced no lasting impact, and the owner was operating alone — no paycheck, no help, no breathing room.

What We Built

A ground-up website build with ongoing maintenance, continuous local SEO, and scalable geographic targeting that expanded city by city as the business grew — with the flexibility to scale up or pull back as needed.

The Results

Results hit almost immediately in fall 2020 and have been sustainable ever since: substantially more phone calls, visibility across multiple cities, a first paycheck for the owner within six months, and a first hire within a year.

"Working with AIM helped us… Be Seen! It gave my life back."

The Challenge

Operating outside insurance models, DPC Health depended on paid advertising and manual staff intake to grow — expensive, time-consuming, and fragile. Growth needed to become sustainable and organic.

What We Built

Local keyword targeting and on-page SEO aligned to how patients search for direct primary care, weight loss, and hormone therapy — paired with conversion-focused website improvements that guided visitors from discovery to enrollment without staff intervention.

The Results

Ongoing membership growth driven by organic discovery, significantly reduced reliance on Google and Meta ads, and a lower operational burden as the website took over patient education and intake initiation.

"Patients were finding us organically and the website did the work. Brig listened, partnered with me, and helped us grow."

The Challenge

Decades of word-of-mouth growth had produced limited digital visibility, minimal analytics, and heavy referral dependency — with a real concern that going digital could erode the brand's boutique authenticity.

What We Built

A phased strategy: foundational landing pages, seasonal content expansion, topic-driven search authority, and regional targeting across DFW — plus analytics and reporting that replaced guesswork with data.

The Results

Consistent online discovery, record business periods that correlated directly with website traffic spikes, customers traveling from out of state, and a new generation of style-conscious clients finding the brand for the first time.

"If we hadn't done it, we'd be behind. It would have been a huge missed opportunity."

John Wade Roofing · johnwaderoofing.com

The reputation was proven. The rankings weren't.

A DFW roofing company with 45+ years of earned reputation had spent five years fighting inconsistent Google rankings. AIM took full ownership of the website and SEO — and search became a dependable lead channel worth an estimated $200K a year.

The Challenge

For over four decades, John Wade Roofing earned its reputation the old-fashioned way — quality work, repeat customers, and strong community relationships. But as homeowners and businesses increasingly turned to Google to find local contractors, referrals alone were no longer enough. For roughly five years, the company struggled with unpredictable rankings. John Wade Jr., VP of Sales and Marketing, had personally built the Wix website and managed its SEO — but sustaining visibility demanded more time and specialized knowledge than one person could consistently provide. The inconsistency cost the business both leads and leadership time.

Why AIM

A trusted referral introduced John to Brig and the AIM team. After several in-depth conversations, John was struck by Brig's combination of proven experience and genuine approachability — the ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain, business-focused language. That mix of expertise and personal attention gave him the confidence to move forward not as a one-off vendor relationship, but as a long-term strategic partnership.

What We Built

A full digital transformation: migration from Wix to WordPress for a more robust, SEO-ready foundation; a ground-up redesign to sharpen the company's professionalism, user experience, and conversion; and an ongoing, targeted SEO strategy focused on durable visibility across the entire Dallas–Fort Worth market — paired with continuous communication so the team always understood the "why" behind each decision.

The Results

The results compounded rather than spiked. Within about six months, John began noticing more inbound inquiries from customers who found the company through Google. By the end of year one, the improvement had become durable and self-sustaining, with search visibility turning into a reliable, ongoing source of new business. Today Google is a dependable lead channel alongside the 45-year referral network — and John attributes approximately $200,000 in additional annual revenue directly to the stronger online presence AIM built and maintains.

"I don't worry about the marketing anymore. Knowing I don't have to worry about being found online gives me more time to focus on the business."

— John Wade Jr., VP of Sales and Marketing, John Wade Roofing
