- Build-Out Monthly is billed for each of the first six months while your pages are hand-built and deployed — spreading the up-front investment across the build-out window.
- Technical maintenance begins in month 7. During months 1–6 every page is maintained as it's built, at no additional charge.
- Monthly with Annual Contract is an alternative: with a 12-month agreement you pay one lower, flat monthly rate covering your entire first year (build-out plus deferred maintenance). After year one you continue at the technical-maintenance rate only.
- Front-page guarantee. New examples of front-page placement within 90 days of Build-Out completion, or a full refund. Allow 60–90 days after each upload for significant movement.
- Levels 25 and above add a dedicated SEO specialist and Google PPC management (restrictions apply). Custom quotes available — we've optimized as many as 19,000 phrases across 1,900 pages for a single client.

The only difference is the schedule and the payments: instead of one up-front investment, we deploy your pages across a six-month window and spread that investment into six equal monthly payments — and your technical-maintenance fee doesn't start until month 7.

In month 7. During the six-month build-out, every page is technically maintained the moment it's created — you receive that benefit at no additional charge. You only begin paying the maintenance fee once the full implementation is complete.
