Who We Are

What This Site Is

The site describes our digital marketing, SEO and AI search optimization services, and offers free tools and information. It also hosts password-protected reporting for our clients. The information here is general rather than advice for your particular situation, and nothing on the site is a promise of specific results.

Work we perform for a client is governed by the separate written agreement or scope of work that client signed with us. Where these terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls for that client.

Using the Site

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with its operation; not to access any account, report or area you are not authorized to use; not to scrape, copy or republish our content commercially without written permission; and not to submit anything harmful, misleading or infringing through a form or tool on the site.

Client Reporting and Logins

Parts of this site, including our client analytics reporting, are restricted to authorized users. Credentials we issue are for the recipient's own use and should not be shared. Tell us promptly if you believe a credential has been shared or misused and we will reset it.

Data from Connected Accounts

With a client's authorization, our reporting tools connect to marketing platforms on that client's behalf — for example Google Business Profile, Google Search Console and Google Analytics — so that we can report on performance.

Where we access data from a Google account, we do so only with the account holder's explicit consent, given through Google's own sign-in screen, and we use that data solely to produce reporting and recommendations for the business it belongs to. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or transfer it to others except as needed to provide our services or as required by law. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by asking us to disconnect it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information generally.

Our Content

The content on this site — text, graphics, logos, reports, tools and their arrangement — belongs to AIM or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Reports and deliverables we prepare for a client may be used by that client for their own business purposes; ownership of custom deliverables is addressed in that client's agreement with us.

Third-Party Sites and Services

This site links to and integrates with services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms.

No Warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and online, but we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Search engines, AI assistants and advertising platforms change constantly and independently of us, and we do not warrant particular rankings, visibility, traffic or business results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or, for a client, the amount that client paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AIM harmless from claims, damages and reasonable legal fees arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms or of applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date in the header shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you and AIM consent to their jurisdiction.
