Data from Connected Google Accounts

When a client authorizes it, our reporting tools connect to that client's Google services — Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics — so that we can report on how the business is performing in search and on maps.

That connection is made through Google's own sign-in screen and happens only with the account holder's explicit consent. We read information such as profile views, calls, direction requests, website clicks, the searches that showed the profile, reviews, and the profile's own details including hours, categories, description and photos. We do not post, reply, or change anything on a connected profile.

We use this information for one purpose: producing reporting and recommendations for the business it belongs to. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models, or transfer it to anyone else, except to the service providers who host our reporting on our behalf or where the law requires it. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Data is retained in our reporting system so that year-over-year comparisons remain possible, and is deleted on request. An account holder may withdraw our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by emailing info@aim-tex.com and asking us to disconnect it and remove the data.
